These terms govern use of the MAC Private Chauffeur website and bookings supplied by Mac Transport SRL. By confirming a booking or quote, you agree to the terms presented during checkout and in your confirmation.

Displayed amounts marked From are starting estimates. The final amount may depend on distance, vehicle, waiting time, meet-and-greet service, luggage, additional stops, night service and other requested extras. Applicable Belgian VAT is shown separately before payment.

Traffic, border controls, aviation disruption, weather and events may affect journey times. We use reasonable professional care but cannot guarantee an arrival time where circumstances are outside our control. Requested booking changes are subject to availability and may change the price.

Cancellation deadlines, waiting allowances, no-show charges and refund eligibility must be displayed with the applicable service or quote before confirmation. Where a service-specific confirmation contains different conditions, those confirmed conditions apply. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We aim to provide the selected vehicle class. Where operationally necessary, we may provide an equivalent or higher-class vehicle. Chauffeur assignment and vehicle details may be updated before pickup without reducing the agreed service standard.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, missed connections caused by inaccurate customer information, or disruption outside reasonable control. Customers remain responsible for personal belongings unless loss results from our proven fault.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Belgian and EU consumer rules may hear disputes. Contact info@macprivatechauffeur.com first so we can seek a prompt resolution.
