Legal bases

We process data where necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and administration, or where you have provided valid consent.

Service providers and transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

• Google Maps Platform for address, distance and route processing.
• Stripe or Mollie for payment processing, and WooCommerce-compatible services for order administration.
• Email and hosting providers used for confirmations, security and reliable delivery.
• Professional advisers, authorities or insurers where legally required or necessary to establish or defend claims.

Retention

Booking, payment and invoice records are retained for the period required by Belgian tax, accounting and legal obligations. Quote and customer-service information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose. Marketing preferences are retained until withdrawal or when no longer relevant.
